Life doesn’t end when memories fade. Our person-centered “Reflections” memory care program is designed to meet the personalized needs of those challenged with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms and levels of dementia.
We come to our task with a very special skill set and expertise – to learn every detail of a resident’s personal story and fashion their “life’s quilt” – the tapestry of family, faces, places and events that have shaped their life. Knowing these details enables us to identify their individual strengths and weave the thread to connect precious memories to their daily life with us.
